This podcast will tell you about this massive national tradegy and show you how you can help.
This podcast emphasizes the importance of education in the building of a nation. The health of a child (mental, emotional, physical) will determine the health of a nation in 20 years. Currently, over 200 million children worldwide, under five years of age, do not receive the appropriate care and support which is needed for them to become productive citizens.
Simon Tabule with the green shirt is a bright 5-yar old in Pangirinya refugee camp for South Sudanese fleeing to Uganda. This camp has 300,000 people. They had no food so the father went out of the camp to try to find food. He was captured by the rebels and cut into pieces. Restore a Child is doing its best to fulfill the mandate of James 1:27 "religion that is pure and undefiled before God and the father is this: to care for orphans and widows in their affliction..." This orphan boy, "the least of these" needs our help, as well as thousands of other orphans and widows who are starving to death. You can help. It's only .50 cents a day to save a life. We all can help and we MUST with a simple click: restoreachild.org/donate.html #southsudan #orphans #hungrychildren #feedingchildren #refugeecamp #uganda #sudanwidows
